I'm always captivated by lightning. I love electrical storms...the randomness of the lightning bolt paths, the way it jumps from cloud to cloud and cloud to ground, the shadows of the huge clouds accentuated against their light. Last night, a good cloud passed by with lots of lightning. I sat on my driveway for about 30 minutes shooting in continuous mode trying to get a good picture of a lightning strike. I took roughly 300 shots and only got 2 decent shots. This is the best one of the two.
